Rules and Code of Conduct

SvG has many institutional rules and regulations that help keep our communities running. Members are required to follow the Code of Conduct to the best of their ability at all times. These rules and policies ensure that all members have an enjoyable and rewarding online gaming experience.
Respect the Player
SavaGe Gaming maintains a standard of respect among its members. Violations of this policy are considered among the most severe in SvG. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:trash-talking, disrespectful gestures, harassment, racism, sexism,discrimination, screaming, threats or aggressively foul language towards members of the clan.
Members may not appear offline or hidden from the SvG community. Players should not be booted or forcibly removed from a party unless they have first been asked to leave and refused.
We requires that every member displays honesty, fairness and integrity at all times. Honesty is one of the cornerstone principles of SvG, and any form of dishonesty is considered to be a serious violation of the Code of Conduct. It includes both honesty to others and to oneself, and about one's own motives and inner reality. Acting without honesty or cheating, lying or being deliberately deceptive is not acceptable behavior within the community.
Respect the Institution
Member poaching, clan hitting or any other destructive act directed toward another community is strictly prohibited.
Poaching includes targeting another community’s membership as a whole or individually for transfer unless sanctioned by both parties of the clan for example clan merging or authorized by a 3 or higher, use of threats or coercion to initiate transfers, or deliberately misleading a member of another community to persuade them to transfer. This behavior will be punished whether it takes place between SvG communities or is initiated by any SvG member.

Members who leave SvG on bad terms and/or are banned from the xMK community will be permanently expelled and will not be allowed to return. Bad terms is defined as, but not limited to, violating any policy or leaving the SvG community without explanation. The General and Commander has the authority to reverse a members banned or bad term status. Members who are banned from the SvG community must first notify and receive consent from their General prior to applying to the Commander for a reversal of their banned status. All respective parties must then present their case to the Commander for a ruling and decision.
A member may only leave SvG on good terms provided that they inform their commander and major of their reasons prior to their departure, and it is deemed by both the commander and major to be on good terms. Member’s who leave SvG on good terms, may apply for reinstatement to the SvG community to be approved at a Colonel’s sole discretion. Majors cannot solely approve a past member to rejoin the SvG Community under any circumstance. Members who have departed the SvG community on good terms must first notify and receive approval from their colonel. The Capitan and member involved must then get final approval from the respective colonel.
Members may request to transfer from one SvG branch to another. Members must first seek approval from their commander.
Members of SvG are not allowed to be members of any other organized gaming community and/or clan. Casual association with another community or clan is allowed. Members that are a part of or leave the xMK community to join another organized gaming community and/or clan will be permanently expelled from SvG and will not be allowed to return to the SvG Community
The xMK website and forums are for the use and enjoyment of members in the SvG community only. Members who leave SvG and/or are expelled from SvG, will have their accounts removed and/or banned from the website/forums.
Members are not allowed to be registered users on the SvG forums and on another organized gaming community or clan’s forum or website and will have their accounts permanently removed and/banned from the SvG forums.
Joining Savage Gaming
Recruits must be at least 13 years of age. If a potential recruit is 12 years old, they may be brought in with the direct approval of the General in the community they are joining.
Recruits must register on the website within one (1) week of the day of their recruitment. Recruits must register using their gamertag and,in the required field state which SvG clan they have joined. Accounts will not be activated unless the above-noted rules are followed. Forum accounts that are inactive for a period of 3 months or more will be removed.
